FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for osteosynthesis after corrective osteotomy of the ilium. A plate with angular stability is installed on the iliac apophysis and fixing screws are passed through the threaded holes of the plate, the iliac bone osteotomy site and the bone graft.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the stability of osteosynthesis by eliminating the penetration of the screw head deep into the ilium, and also eliminates the possibility of migration of the metal structure with a decrease in the strength of the bone tissue due to the combined use of a plate with angular stability and fixing screws.
