FIELD: dairy industry.

SUBSTANCE: milk sterilization device contains a pipeline having input and output sections, an injector, an ozonizer, ultraviolet radiation sources with a reflective surface, as well as a separator installed at the output section of the pipeline. The device also contains a compressor, which is connected to the injector, and an ozone concentration sensor, a comparison element, a microprocessor with a control unit and a visual indicator, and, at the pipeline section, a container is placed, made of material transparent for ultraviolet radiation, while radiation sources are placed outside the container, a sensor of microbial milk contamination is placed inside it, an output of which is connected to the first input of the comparison element, to the second input of which a unit for setting a level of milk contamination is connected, and to an output, the first input of the microprocessor is connected, to the second input of which the ozone concentration sensor is connected, and to an output, a control input of the ozone compressor is connected through the sequentially connected control unit, while the compressor, the ozonizer, and the ozone concentration sensor are placed in a sealed chamber.

EFFECT: invention allows for obtainment of milk with increased quality by reduction in a level of microbial contamination.
