FIELD: locks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flat key for a cylinder lock. The key (1) has at least one encoded surface (2) running along the longitudinal extent of the flat key (1). For coding on the surface (2) in the touching positions (5) there are control points (3, 3', 3'') connected by a guide groove (6). The control points (3, 3', 3'') are provided with coding elements for reading in the cylinder lock. The coding element at the first reference point (3') makes a different angle with the longitudinal median plane of the key (1) than the coding element at the second reference point (3''). The guide groove (6), at least between the first (3') and second (3'') control points, has a torsion section (11), which is a section on which the guide groove changes its orientation relative to the average longitudinal plane of the key. Also proposed are a cylinder lock for a flat key and a key/cylinder lock system.
EFFECT: invention provides an increased number of possible coding operations, the difficulty of copying the guide groove and coding elements in the probing positions.
