FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for dispensing a fluid and can be used in devices for dispensing soap, cosmetics or other substances for smaller or larger dispensed volumes. In the method, a fluid dispensing device contains a tank arranged so as to contain a fluid, a dispensing pipe arranged so as to guide the fluid in a dispensing direction, a dispensing opening connecting the tank to the dispensing pipe, a dispensing valve and return means. Said dispensing valve allows the fluid to pass from the inside of the tank to the dispensing pipe via the dispensing opening, and, in a closed state, does not allow the fluid to pass from the inside of the tank to the dispensing pipe. Said return means arranged so as to exert a force on the dispensing valve. Above force moves the dispensing valve from the open state thereof to the closed state thereof. Said return means includes a pouch forming a cavity. Said pouch is located in the dispensing pipe and is deformable via compression when the dispensing valve is in the open state. Said pouch is a pouch open on one side by an opening defined by an outer edge of the cavity so that, in the closed state, the outer edge of the cavity is pressed against the first inner wall of the dispensing pipe and/or, in the closed state, the lower part of the pouch rests on the second inner wall of the dispensing pipe. In the open state, the outer edge of the cavity or the lower part of the pouch is moved away respectively from the first or second inner wall of the dispensing pipe. In the fluid dispensing device, the return means may also comprise a pouch forming a cavity. In the plane, the pouch forms a closed contour, within which the cavity is bounded so that in the closed state the first side of the contour is pressed against the first internal wall of the dispensing pipe, while, in the open state and in the closed state, the second side of the contour rests on the second inner wall of the dispensing pipe and, in the open state, the first side of the contour is moved away from the first inner wall of the dispensing pipe. Said dispensing valve contains a dispensing diaphragm, which is in the closed position, when the valve is in the closed position, and in the open position, when the valve is in the open position. Said open position differs from the closed position by bending one free end of the diaphragm in the direction of bending, while the other of its ends is held by a connecting element. Also, the dispensing valve contains a return means rigidly attached to the diaphragm and configured to apply force to the diaphragm. This force moves the diaphragm back from its open position to its closed position. Said return means includes a pouch forming a cavity. Said pouch is in contact with the diaphragm and rigidly attached to it. Said diaphragm and pouch are aligned in the direction of the bend. Above return means is configured to apply a force to the diaphragm during deformation of the pouch due to compression of the pouch in the direction of the bend when the dispensing valve is in the open position.
EFFECT: improved tightness and reliability of the device.
