SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, cardio-oncology, oncohematology, and can be used to assess the risk of early cardiotoxicity in patients with indolent lymphomas. Before starting polychemotherapy (PCT) in patients with indolent lymphomas who do not have significant deviations in the parameters of intracardiac hemodynamics according to echocardiography, the presence is assessed and each of the identified parameters is assigned the appropriate number of points: age over 65 years old - 2 points, the presence of arterial hypertension - 2 points, body mass index (BMI) over 30 kg/m2 - 1 point, NT-proBNP concentration>51.63 pg/ml - 1 point. Next, an individual assessment of the sum of points is carried out and, if 4-6 points are detected, a high risk of developing early cardiotoxicity is determined and PCT is performed under the supervision of a cardiologist.

EFFECT: method enables early assessment of the risk of developing cardiovascular pathology in patients with indolent lymphomas by identifying a patient or a group of patients requiring cardiologist observation for timely prevention, treatment of cardiovascular pathology during PCT through the initial analysis of clinical and laboratory data.
