FIELD: analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method for determination of content of orthochlorobenzylidenmalonodinitrile (hereinafter – CS), chloracetophenone (hereinafter – CN), dibenzoxazepine (hereinafter – CR), pelargonic acid morpholide (hereinafter – PAM) in alcohol extracts by reversed-phase high-efficient liquid chromatography includes sampling by liquid extraction and subsequent separation on a chromatographic column filled with a reversed-phase carrier containing a grafted C18 phase, detection, using a diode-matrix detector with a wavelength of 230 nm. Simultaneous quantitative determination of CS, CN, CR, PAM is carried out during one analysis by a graduating graph of CS substance, using calculated values of relative weight graduating coefficients for each substance, using the chromatographic column with a length of 150 mm and an inner diameter of 4.6 mm with particle granulation of 5.0 mcm, using as an eluent a binary mixture of acetonitrile and distilled water, at a ratio of 80/20 vol.%, at a temperature of a column thermostat of 26°C.

EFFECT: development of a universal method for simultaneous determination of orthochlorobenzylidenmalonodinitrile, chloracetophenone, dibenzoxazepine, and pelargonic acid morpholide in alcohol extracts by high-efficient liquid chromatography with expansion of the range of determined weight concentrations and reduction in the total analysis time.
