FIELD: heat exchange equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange equipment and can be used in ventilation systems of enterprises, in the shops of which, due to the technological process, excessive heat generation is observed. The air-to-air heat exchanger contains, respectively, inlet (2), (4) and outlet (3), (5) branch pipes of hot and cold heat carriers, through which the movement of exhaust hot air is carried out, which is removed from the room, which partially heats the cold supply air entering into the room. The movement of heat carriers is carried out countercurrently through a plate heat exchanger (1), including separate frames (8), on which a polyethylene film (9) is stretched, fixed with clamping rails (11). After assembling the frames into a bag, parallel channels for the passage of air (13) are formed, separated by a film. The frames are fastened together with coupling bolts (12) to ensure the tightness of all connections and exclude the flow of coolants between the channels. The film (9) is equipped with turbulizer strings (10), and the hot coolant inlet pipe (2) is equipped with turbulators made in the form of asymmetrical petals (7) located in a certain order on the mounting strings (6).
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the heat exchanger due to turbulence of the hot coolant flow.
