SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to devices for phase conversion. The effect is achieved by the fact that the device additionally contains two magnetic starters and two transformers connected with them, connected according to the autotransformer circuit, two of which form two power stages. In this case, each power step is automatically switched on when the power contacts of the corresponding magnetic starter are closed, the coils of which are controlled from the control circuit operating as a function of the line current.

EFFECT: reducing the asymmetry of currents and voltages in a three-phase network with the ability to adjust its power when the current changes in the linear wire.
