FIELD: anti-friction solid-lubricating polymer coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-friction solid-lubricating polymer coatings and can be used in mechanical engineering, in particular in plain bearings of crankshaft liners of internal combustion engines, as well as in other interfaces. The antifriction solid lubricating polymer coating contains molybdenum disulfide, fullerene, orthoxylene and a binder that contains epoxy resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, polyester, acetone and ethyl cellosolve in the following ratio, wt.%: molybdenum disulfide 54-67, fullerene 0.0006-0 .0008, orthoxylene 3.5-12.0, epoxy resin 12-28, melamine-formaldehyde resin 5.1-6.3, polyester 5.8-6.0, acetone 2.4-3.0, ethyl cellosolve 2 .8-12.1.
EFFECT: invention provides the coating with an increase in antifriction properties, an increase in wear resistance under high cyclic loads, and an increase in strength characteristics.
