FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for detection of protein of a folate receptor 1 (hereinafter – FOLR1) in a cancer sample is proposed. The cancer sample is obtained from a patient, which has been treated with an active agent containing an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which bind to FOLR1. The method includes contact of the specified sample with a detecting antibody to FOLR1.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the diagnostics of cancer, for example, for stratification of patients.
