FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry and includes a compound of the formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutical composition based on them. In the formula 1, A is phenyl, linear or branched C1-5 alkyl unsubstituted or substituted with one or two halogen atoms, 3-6-element cycloalkyl unsubstituted or substituted with one or two halogen atoms, or 3-6-element heterocycloalkyl containing nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur as a heteroatom, each of R1 and R2 is independently -H, a halogen atom, -NO2, -CF3, phenyl, linear or branched C1-5 alkyl unsubstituted or substituted with one or two halogen atoms, or a linear or branched C1-5 alkoxy group unsubstituted or substituted with one or two halogen atoms.
EFFECT: compound of the formula 1, having inhibitory activity relatively to PDE9A.
