FIELD: curable epoxy systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curable epoxy systems used in the production of composites applicable in various industries. What is proposed is a curable epoxy system containing (i) an epoxy component selected from bisphenol C diglycidyl ether, one or more bisphenol C diglycidyl ether derivatives of the indicated structure, and combinations thereof, and (ii) 9,9-bis(4-amino- 3-chlorophenyl)fluorene. Also proposed is a method for manufacturing a composite using the specified curable epoxy system, a composite, a prepreg, a method for obtaining a fiber-reinforced composite structure, a fiber-reinforced composite structure and an aerospace component containing it.
EFFECT: obtaining a curable system with a reduced enthalpy of curing not exceeding 300 J/g, while having excellent strength characteristics after curing, which reduces the amount of heat generated during the curing of the system.
