SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of aircraft with devices for compensating the rotational moment of the propeller. The aircraft includes two rotors on the same axis located in an annular housing, one of which is a rotor with a propeller in the ring, and the second is a counter-rotating rotor, made with the possibility of ensuring equality of the moments of rotation of the rotors. The rotors are made in the form of ring-shaped flywheels, which are connected to the acceleration motors through a set of rollers made with the possibility of untwisting the rotors in opposite directions. Vanes are located in the lower part of the aircraft in the downward flow from the propeller, impeller motors of rotation are located on the outer planes of the aircraft, while the vanes and impeller motors of rotation are made with the possibility of changing the spatial orientation of the aircraft during flight, all engines and vanes are connected to a power source.
EFFECT: gyrostabilization of the aircraft in the horizontal plane is provided.
