FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for controlling the quality of spare parts includes a base with a table with a mass meter mounted thereon, a quick-release joint for installing the controlled spare part, manipulators with a metal analyser and a triangulation laser sensor, and a data processing control system. The quick-release joint for installing the controlled spare part is mounted on a conveyor belt, wherein a manipulator with a contact profilometer is installed over said belt. The apparatus is additionally equipped with a hardness meter and a manipulator installed on the table, wherein the manipulator ensures the installation and removal of the controlled spare part from the table. The data processing control system is configured to determine the actual dimensions of the sections of the controlled spare part and the physico-mechanical and geometric parameters thereof, compare said parameters with the standard values, and issue a message on the suitability of the controlled spare part for operation.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of controlling the quality of spare parts of agricultural machinery.
