FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural production, namely to installations for quality control and hardening of working bodies of agricultural machines for animal breeding, and can be used both at small farms and at large agricultural enterprises. Plant comprises a bed placed on supports of a moving device, a table, bearing assemblies, electric motor fixed on subframe, frequency converter, front rotary axis and rear head, installed on bed of front rotary axis and bed of rear head, respectively, pyrometer fixed on support, wherein additionally comprises front rotary axle motor, main screw, made with possibility of actuating table in motion on principle of ball-screw pair, two-dimensional laser scanner, fixed on a bracket adjustable by angle of inclination and height, four-cam rotary axle, fixed in the front axle housing and connected to the front rotary axle electric motor by means of a belt transmission, data control and processing system (DCPS), made with possibility of data collection, processing and control of electronic components of the plant, at that, the frame of the front rotary axis and the frame of the rear rotary axis are arranged on the front and rear carriages made with possibility of movement along the front and rear guides, electric motor is made stepped and with possibility of driving the main screw through coupling, table has four fixed wheels with bearings fixed on mounting frame, on the table there is a frequency converter, to which an induction heater and a tank with a submersible pump for cooling liquid are installed, made with possibility of cooling liquid circulation through pipelines connecting the tank and the induction heater with a frequency converter for cooling the induction heater, four-cam rotary axis and rear head are made with possibility of auger-type reinforced part attachment, laser level is secured on front rotary axis housing and designed with the ability to establish coaxiality between the four-cam rotary axis and the rear head.
EFFECT: increasing the service life and quality control accuracy of auger-type parts.
