FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology. Ureter casing with an outer diameter of 2.6 mm and an inner diameter of 1.9 mm is inserted into the cavity of the renal cup-and-pelvis system; a nephrostomy passage is formed into the pyelocaliceal system under X-ray and video control. Pre-compressed elastic surgical container "accordion" with a metal spring inside it is attached to the ureter casing. Working channel of the microphroscope is used for laser disintegration of the stone with underlying continuous irrigation with evacuation of residual fragments along the ureteric sheath. At the same time under action of gravity force compressed container "accordion" and metal spring are straightened, maintaining constant level of rarefaction and dragging along gradient residual fragments into area of low pressure.

EFFECT: method is effective and safe in treating nephrolithiasis, reduces the number of residual calculi during percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, allows to avoid postoperative complications associated with discharge of residual calculi in the postoperative period and, therefore, reduces the number of bed days spent in hospital.
