FIELD: data sampling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of data sampling, more specifically a data sampling circuit and a data sampling device are presented. The sampling circuit contains: first data sampling module (1) for response to signals from a data signal terminal and a reference signal terminal and impact on the first node and the second node; second data sampling module (2) for response to signals of the first node and the second node and impact on the third node and the fourth node; trigger module (3) with the possibility of supply of a high level signal to the first output terminal and supply of a low level signal to the second output terminal, or supply of a low level signal to the first output terminal and supply of a high level signal to the second output terminal in accordance with signals of the third node and the fourth node; equalizer module with deciding feedback (4) connected in parallel to the second data sampling module for reduction in inter-symbol interference.
EFFECT: reduction in feedback noise of the first output terminal and the second output terminal, a data signal terminal, and a reference signal terminal, reduction in inter-symbol interference, and reduction in energy consumption.
