FIELD: construction, seismic isolating devices for buildings and structures.
SUBSTANCE: pipe-concrete seismic isolation support consists of a pipe-concrete column with hinged junctions with the foundation and the floor, two embedded parts and vibration dampers located in the upper and lower parts of the column. Embedded parts fixed in the foundation and ceiling are made in the form of steel plates and rigidly connected to them by steel cylinders located coaxially to the other pipe of the seismic isolation support, and the steel plates are fixed in the concrete of the foundation or ceiling, and steel cylinders enter the body of a pipe-concrete column and have a diameter of 0.05 to 0.25 of the diameter of its cross section. In the space between the steel plate, the side surface of the steel cylinder and the inner surface of the tube of the pipe-concrete column, there are at least two layers of vibration dampers made in the form of partially truncated tetrahedra obtained by cutting cubes with planes passing through the middle of their edges into two equal parts so that the bases of the elements form regular hexagons, with the bases of each layer of elements located horizontally and are in close contact with their edges with the adjacent elements of the layer, and the tops of the elements of each layer touch the plane of the bases of the adjacent layer. The free space between the inner surface of the pipe and the layers of elements is filled with an elastic material, and the elements in the layer of vibration dampers are made of a material with strength R≥1.5xRb, where Rb is the strength of the concrete of the pipe concrete column.
EFFECT: providing a reduction in the intensity of vibrations of the support through the use of vibration dampers, which are self-jamming elements.
