FIELD: activin receptor-like kinase-2 inhibitors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inhibitors of activin receptor-like kinase-2 (ALK2). A compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided, wherein ring A is selected from phenyl, a 5-6-membered monocyclic heteroaryl containing 1-3 ring heteroatoms selected from O, N and S, quinolinyl and an 8-10-membered bicyclic a heterocyclyl containing 1-3 ring heteroatoms selected from O, N and S, where only one ring of said bicyclic heterocyclyl is aromatic; R2 is a bond or -O-; R3 is selected from C1-C6 alkyl, -(C0-C3 alkylene)-(C3-C6 carbocyclyl) and -(C0-C1 alkylene)-(4-6 membered monocyclic O-containing or 4-membered S-containing heterocyclyl) ; R4 is selected from hydrogen, C1-C2 alkyl, C3 alkynyl, -C(O)-(C2 alkyl), halogen and cyano; n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and p is 1 or 2. Specific compounds and uses of the compounds for the treatment of specific diseases are also provided.
EFFECT: obtaining inhibitors of activin receptor-like kinase-2 (ALK2).
