FIELD: storage equipment.
SUBSTANCE: system contains fixed static nonmetric IP cameras inside the warehouse on its arches around the perimeter, while each of the cameras is equipped with a CMOS matrix and a lens, equipped with an Ethernet interface and is powered using the Power over Ethernet technology. The cameras are connected via the Ethernet interface to the communication and data transmission module, which, in turn, is connected to the power distribution module via an electrical channel connected to the equipment power supply module and to the data collection, processing and storage module. The latter is connected to nonmetric IP cameras via the Ethernet interface and is capable of processing and analyzing the video stream received from the cameras, calculating the volume and related technological indicators of the filling, constructing a height map and a three-dimensional model of the bulk material filling with further transmission of measurement results via the Ethernet interface to the end user.
EFFECT: accuracy of measuring the volume of bulk materials located in closed warehouses is improved.
