SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and electric power industry and can be used in electrical distribution networks with isolated neutral. The specified result in the first solution is achieved by the fact that in the neutral grounding control device in the electrical network, containing a regulated source connected through the first current sensor between the neutral of the transformer supplying the network and the ground, the network voltage transformer and the measurement and control unit, the first input of which is connected to the output of the first current sensor, the second input is connected to the output of the mains voltage transformer, and the first output of the measurement and control unit is connected to the control input of the regulated source, the second output of the measurement and control unit is connected to the control input of the power switch, consisting of three switches, the first power outputs of which are connected to the network in phases, and the second power outputs are combined and connected to the ground through the second current sensor, the output of which is connected to the third input of the measurement and control unit. In the second solution, this result is achieved by the fact that in the neutral grounding control device in the electric network, containing a regulated source and a reactor connected through the first current sensor between the neutral of the transformer supplying the network and the ground, the network voltage transformer and the measurement and control unit, the first input of which is connected to the output of the first current sensor, the second input is connected to the output of the mains voltage transformer, and the first output of the measurement and control unit is connected to the control input of the regulated source, the second output of the measurement and control unit is connected to the control input of the power switch, consisting of three switches, the first power outputs which are connected to the network in phases, and the second power outputs are combined and connected to the ground through the second current sensor, the output of which is connected to the third input of the measurement and control unit. 2

EFFECT: creation of technical solutions that provide the ability to quickly and accurately control the instantaneous current of a single-phase earth fault and manage its compensation, whatever its components at the earth fault point.
