FIELD: landscape design; construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to landscape design: construction of garden, landscape, park paths with drainage effect from mixture of polymer binder based on isocyanate and polyol and loose materials taken in certain proportions. Properties of the obtained coating have gas and moisture permeability. Method of coating garden, park and landscape paths involves first, at temperature of +5 °C to +40 °C due to mechanical mixing, composition is prepared from previously washed and dried mineral loose filler in form of mixture of fractions 0.5–20 mm and organic polymer binder, which is a single-component polymer binder, which is polyurethane with an amount of isocyanate functional groups of not less than 11 %, based on isocyanate and polyol, in ratio 95–97 % of washed dried mineral bulk filler and 3–5 % of single-component polymer binder, to obtain homogeneous mixture. After composition is prepared, coating is continuously laid, on prepared base, with layer height of not less than 20 mm, with subsequent leveling and smoothing, and after laying the coating, it is exposed for 24 hours to achieve design strength, air and moisture permeability.

EFFECT: easier production of track coating by reducing labor costs for preparation of mixture.
