SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to devices designed for heating or preparing hermetically packed semi-finished products, as well as their storage at a given temperature until the dish is served to the consumer. The device comprises a housing with a heated water tank equipped with a pipe for its supply and a drain pipe with a tap at the outlet. The device is additionally equipped with a stacking in which the packaging with the semi-finished product is fixed. The stack is installed on a heated water tank and is pressed by a sealing lid hinged to the body. Infrared emitters are installed on the inner surface of the cover. At the bottom of the heated water tank, from the outside, ultrasonic emitters are installed. A heated water tank with a water supply pipe, a drain pipe, together with a water circulation unit and a water heating unit, create a single circuit for its circulation. The device is controlled from the control panel by transmitting a signal about the selected program for preparing a semi-finished product to the control unit. The control unit controls the operation of the water circulation unit, water heating unit, ultrasonic and infrared emitters. The device can also be made sectional.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to heat up and prepare semi-finished products according to a given individual program, without the use of microwave radiation, while maintaining all consumer properties of the food product.
