FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, specifically to a method and a device for extraction of hydrogen from a dehydration product, including supply of a flow containing hydrocarbons and hydrogen to a dehydration reactor maintained in dehydration conditions to obtain a dehydration product, wherein the ratio of hydrogen and hydrocarbons of the supplied flow is in the range from 0.01 to 0.4; supply of the dehydration product to a compressor to obtain a compressed hydrocarbon flow; supply of the compressed hydrocarbon flow to a separation unit of a refrigeration chamber to obtain a flow of a liquid hydrocarbon product and a recycling hydrogen flow; separation of the recycling hydrogen flow in front of a heat exchanger of cold combined raw materials, located in the separation unit of the refrigeration chamber, and supply of a return part of the recycling hydrogen flow to a product compressor of the reactor.
EFFECT: modified method and device with improved hydrogen regulation, which provide a possibility of operation of a paraffin dehydration reactor with a reduced ratio of H2/HC without the need for capital investments in changing a compressor size or changing a size of turboexpanders or separators in a refrigeration chamber.
