SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIGITAL MEASUREMENT OF CHARACTERISTICS OF STEREOSCOPIC VISION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B3/08 H04N13/00

Abstract RU 2788962 C2

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of field of view, more specifically to measurement of characteristics of stereoscopic vision. A system including a machine-readable carrier is proposed for implementation of a method for measurement of characteristics of stereoscopic vision, according to which a three-dimensional visual stimulus is provided, while the three-dimensional visual stimulus consists of one or more spatially filtered elements adapted for separation of a stereo-function, wherein the three-dimensional visual stimulus is a colorful anaglyph image; display through a display device of the three-dimensional stimulus to a user; during display through the display device of the three-dimensional stimulus to the user: display through the display device of a task corresponding to the three-dimensional visual stimulus; and reception of a set of one or more input signals for implementation of the displayed task corresponding to the three-dimensional visual stimulus; in response to the reception of the set of one or more input signals for implementation of the displayed task corresponding to the three-dimensional visual stimulus, storage of data related to the set of one or more input signals for implementation of the displayed task; and, after storage of data related to the set of one or more input signals for implementation of the displayed task: determination of stereoscopic indicators of the user based on stored data, while determination of stereoscopic indicators of the user includes determination, based on a given function, of a threshold value, at which the user is capable of stereoscopic vision, and determination of concomitant error for the determined threshold value; and output of the result of determination of stereoscopic indicators of the user.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides measurement of characteristics of stereoscopic vision.
