FIELD: radiophotonics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio photonics and can be used in designing antenna excitation systems and active phased antenna arrays for communication, radiolocation and radio navigation. Fibre-optic photodetector module includes an optical fibre and a photodetector. Ohmic contact to the front surface of the photodetector is made in the form of a ring with an inner diameter greater than the diameter of the optical fibre with parallel contact strips made inside the contact ring, with cross-section of each strip made in the form of an isosceles triangle, the base of which is located on the front surface of the photodetector, the vertex angle ϕ is installed in range of 40–75 angular degrees, wherein percentage ratio of width W of base to distance Z between contact strips is set in range of W/Z=(3–15) %, and surfaces of contact strips are made as mirror with coefficient of reflection Kref>96%.

EFFECT: creation of a fibre-optic photodetector module with high output power and high efficiency.
