FIELD: physics; electricity.

SUBSTANCE: radio-photonic photoelectric device includes an optical fibre and a laser radiation photodetector, made on the basis of a semiconductor heterostructure with a narrow-gap photoactive layer enclosed between the front and rear wide-gap layers, made with opposite p- and n-types of conductivity, heterostructure is made in the form of a truncated cone, in which the front surface of the heterostructure forms a smaller base of the truncated cone, on the rear surface of the heterostructure there is a dielectric layer with a refraction index n<1.5, made in the form of a circle with a diameter less than the diameter of the larger rear base of the truncated cone, wherein rear contact of photodetector is made in form of disc with diameter equal to diameter of larger base of truncated cone, wherein on the front surface of the disc there is an annular protrusion with an outer diameter equal to the diameter of said disc, with an inner diameter equal to the diameter of the circle of the dielectric layer, and with the height of the protrusion equal to the thickness of the dielectric layer, wherein the rear contact is made of a metal having a radiation reflection coefficient of not less than 96%.
