As cream, condensed cream with sugar 19% fat and cream 30% fat are used in the following ratio, wt.%: fried until the aroma appears and crushed to a particle size of 2-4 mm pumpkin seed kernels - 10-20; condensed cream with sugar 19% fat - 25-50; cream 30% fat - the rest.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product characterized by improved quality indicators and with good digestibility, high nutritional value, biological and energy values.
