Moreover, the ice cream additionally contains cream made from cow's milk, yoghurt starter with bifidobacteria, urbech made from coconut pulp and banana puree. The initial components are taken in a certain mass ratio.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing nutritional and biological values, resistance to melting, as well as expanding the range of products.
