FIELD: welding.

SUBSTANCE: collaborative welding complex contains a welding machine in a shielding gas environment, a manipulator with a welding torch, a shielding gas cylinder and a welding machine control unit. At least one welding table forms a working area divided into two parts by a protective screen that provides protection for the eyes and exposed areas of the operator's body during welding. The welding machine, shielding gas cylinder and manipulator are mounted on a platform with the possibility of its movement in horizontal and vertical planes. The manipulator with the welding torch has access to both parts of the working area. The welding machine is designed for semi-automatic welding with cold metal transfer. The manipulator is made with at least five degrees of freedom and is equipped with a vision module.

EFFECT: complex contributes to an increase in the specific productivity of the welding machine by ensuring the mutual movement of the manipulator and the operator, as well as due to high reliability and reduced downtime during repairs.
