FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. Subsoil tiller comprises a deep non-mouldboard tillage unit including a frame consisting of three thick-walled rectangular cross beams linked via longitudinal rectangular cross bars made of rolled sheets with grooves enveloping the cross beams, made integral with the brackets for mounting the frame on the power supply unit. The length of the cross beams and the number of longitudinal cross bars depend on the number of coulters installed on the cross beams by means of the brackets with fasteners, configured to be reinstalled according to the length of the cross beams. The body of a coulter is made of high-strength rolled sheets. A replaceable splitter is secured on the middle front surface of the body, a replaceable one- or two-sided chisel is secured on the lower surface, and a safety element in the form of a shear bolt on the upper surface. Replaceable side wings are installed on the side surfaces of the body. Stands are secured on the middle cross beam of the frame by means of brackets, configured to be height-adjusted. Sleeves are secured on the end longitudinal cross bars of the frame, used to attach a crowfoot roller unit, wherein the rollers are secured on welded sidewalls interconnected by means of a cross beam, to the deep non-mouldboard tillage unit by means of two rods and two hydraulic cylinders.

EFFECT: higher quality of deep non-mouldboard tillage of soils of various densities, structural simplification with a reduction in metal consumption, better tillage quality and shorter operation-readiness time of the unit.
