SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to performance of works on oil gathering and treatment in field conditions at new deposits, can be used at early commissioning of deposits and provides for the possibility of using heat generated during thermal neutralization of associated petroleum gas and waste water during well product preparation. Modular complex for collection and preparation of downhole products comprises a module for degassing and dehydrating well products, which includes a line for receiving raw material with a heat exchanger installed on it for heating input raw material and separation devices associated with gas discharge line and with buffer tank on waste water discharge line, and module for utilization of associated petroleum gas and waste water in the form of installation for their thermal decontamination, equipped with heat exchange element, which uses as primary heat carrier flue gases formed during combustion in gas burners of associated petroleum gas. Secondary heat carrier inlet in heat exchange element is connected to waste water discharge line from buffer tank, and outlet of secondary heat carrier is connected to input to heat exchanger for heating of input raw material, wherein heat carrier output from heat exchanger for input raw material heating is connected with waste water evaporation chamber of thermal decontamination unit.

EFFECT: complex provides the possibility of useful utilization of heat of associated petroleum gas and can be used at the appropriate feasibility study at the initial stage of oil deposits development.
