FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in field preparation and loading of oil in the processing of oil and gas emulsion into marketable oil. The mobile oil treatment and loading unit includes a main process unit with a coarse mesh filter of the incoming flow installed in it and connected in series, a heat exchanger for heating the incoming gas-liquid mixture, a three-phase separator, a two-phase oil separator, the output of which is connected through an oil filter to the pump for supplying the oil loading device into tank trucks, and the outlet of the three-phase separator is connected through a water filter to a pump for supplying water to tank trucks. Moreover, in the supply line of the gas-liquid mixture heated in the heat exchanger, a demulsifier dosing unit is built into the three-phase separator. The plant contains an additional coolant preparation unit, connected through a filter and a pump to the outlet of a two-phase oil separator and providing circulation of the coolant through the heat exchanger.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the mobility of the installation with the possibility of moving its container units by any mode of transport, to reduce the metal consumption of the installation by simplifying the technological equipment for oil treatment, and also to implement its own automated system for loading water and oil.
