SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the majority signaling "2 out of 3". In the method, the majorityization of signals is performed in a ternary-symmetric number system, in which the codes of a positive pulse (value +1), a negative pulse (value -1) and a break (value 0) are used to encode signals, a pulse transformer having three identical input windings and one output winding, from the output of which a majority signal is taken, while all the windings of the pulse transformer are connected in accordance.
