FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to pulmonology and phthisiology, specifically to methods of rehabilitation for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system in children under 18 years of age. The methodologist conducts a set of five exercises with the child. The first exercise: starting position (ip) - the child lies on the bed, on his back, the methodologist helps the child bend the body to the left side and throws the child’s hand behind the head, the second hand is located along the body, in this position the child takes a breath through the nose at the expense 4, holds the breath, folds the lips with a "tube" and exhales at the expense of 6, similarly, bending the body to the right sideways, repeat 5-15 times. The second exercise: i.p. - the child lies on the bed, on his back, both arms of the child are thrown over his head, the methodologist bends the child’s leg at the knee and throws it over the knee of the other leg, resting the foot on the surface of the bed, then the methodologist gently presses on the bent leg until turning the child’s pelvis to the side, leaving the shoulders pressed to the bed, twisting, in this position the child inhales through the nose on a count of 4, holds his breath, folds his lips in a “tube” and exhales on a count of 6, repeats 5-15 times. The third exercise: i.p. - the child stands straight 10-15 cm from the wall, arms are lowered along the body, takes a deep breath through the nose, holds his breath, raises his hands to chest level, without shifting the feet, turns the body to the left side, rests his hands on the wall, exhales calmly through his mouth, returns to the starting position, repeats 3-4 times in each direction. Fourth exercise: I.p. - the child sits on a chair, his back is straight, the methodologist gives the child a plastic tube and puts an inflated balloon in front of him at a distance of 10 cm, the child takes a breath through his nose on a count of 4, holds his breath and exhales through the tube, trying to move the balloon as far away from himself as possible, repeats 5-15 times. Fifth exercise: i.p. - the child stands straight, the methodologist gives the child a plastic tube and holds an inflated balloon over his head, the child takes a breath through his nose, throws his head back, at this moment the methodologist releases the balloon, and the child, while exhaling through the tube, tries to keep the balloon above him as long as possible, repeats 5-15 times.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of blood and lymph flow, reduction of obstructive syndrome due to elimination of bronchospasm, as well as enhancement of bronchial drainage function.
