Thus, the interfering signals can be removed in case the interfering areas are small.

EFFECT: invention provides for adaptively locating the target area, the signals that do not include interfering signals can be used for signal processing and extracting information about the target area, which increases the accuracy and robustness of the target area signals analysis and the detection result accuracy.
