SUBSTANCE: method and apparatus for measuring tissue elasticity is proposed which comprises the following: applying a first ultrasonic signal to the tissue in the area of measurement; tracking at least one image line of the first ultrasound signal; determining, according to the image line at the plurality of time points, the motion state of each image line; and selecting a position based on the image line with a motion state satisfying the predetermined condition, and performing tissue elasticity measurement.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will improve the accuracy of measuring tissue elasticity in the measurement area.
