FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to medicine. Orthopedic liner for compensation of shortening of the lower limb, the length and width of which correspond to the length and width of the sole in the corresponding areas, the height is determined by shortening, and through holes are made in the thickness of which. Through holes are made in the sides of the liner, which have a rounded shape. On the side of the liner facing the sole, incisions are made along the through holes until they are connected to them. The liner is equipped with an element of elastic fixation of compression and stretching. Therefore, the foot, being in constant motion, does not experience additional loads, which ensures comfort when walking and does not cause pain, since the biomechanical parameters of walking are optimized and the spine occupies an upright position.
EFFECT: the possibility of changing the mechanics of the impact of the foot on the liner, which provides mobility to the liner along with the foot when walking.
