FIELD: health care.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and radiation diagnostics, and can be used to diagnose heart failure with a preserved left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary heart disease against the background of non-occlusive atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries. The global reserve of coronary blood flow is determined using dynamic single-photon emission computed tomography of the myocardium. At a value of 2.27 or less, chronic heart failure with a preserved left ventricular ejection fraction is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables to predict a chronic heart failure in patients with coronary artery disease against the background of non-occlusive atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries at the preclinical stage of development, which makes it possible to identify a priority group of patients with an increased risk of cardiovascular complications for dispensary observation and the appointment of personalized treatment, by determining the global reserve of coronary blood flow.
