FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heteroaromatic compounds. A compound represented by the chemical formula 1, or its optical isomer, stereoisomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt is proposed, where R1 is selected from a group consisting of the following formulas:
R2 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C5 alkyl, halogen-C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy-C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy or C1-C5 alkylthio; R3 is hydrogen, C1-C5 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, halogen-C1-C5 alkyl, carbamoyl, C1-C5 alkylcarbamoyl, di(C1-C5 alkyl)carbamoyl or carbonyl; R4 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C5 alkyl, halogen- C1-C5 alkyl or C1-C5 alkoxy- C1-C5 alkyl; R5 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C5 alkyl, halogen- C1-C5 alkyl or C1-C5 alkoxy- C1-C5 alkyl; each of R6, R7, R8 and R9 independently represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-C5 alkyl, halogen- C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy- C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy, C1-C5 alkylthio, halogen- C1-C5 alkoxy, amino, di(C1-C5 alkyl)amino, C1-C5 alkylcarbonylamino, halogen- C1-C5 alkylcarbonylamino or 5-8-membered heterocycloalkyl containing one or two nitrogen (N) atoms; each of X, Y and Z is independently selected from a group consisting of nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O), where one of X, Y or Z represents oxygen (O), the other two represent nitrogen (N); m represents 1-3; each of n, o, p is selected from 0-4, q represents 0-2. A pharmaceutical composition and a method for preventing or treating epilepsy are also proposed.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds containing oxadiazole, which are suitable for use as an antiepileptic drug.
