SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a soft chewing composition containing or including therapeutically effective amount of an active veterinary agent, preferably JAK inhibitor; animal-based palatant, non-animal based palatant, a taste modifier, and at least one auxiliary substance acceptable for veterinary medicine, selected from at least one of baking powder, a binding agent, a lubricating agent, a humidifier, and a slipping agent. At the same time, the soft chewing tablet is pressed on rotary tablet press. The invention also relates to methods for the treatment or prevention of cancer, asthma, atopic dermatitis, autoimmune disorders, itch related to allergic dermatitis, allergy, and chronic respiratory disease in an animal.
EFFECT: obtainment of a chewing tablet for the treatment of diseases in animals.
