SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an effervescent composition for addition into drinking water for animals, to the composition application for treatment by way of hydration (for compensation of liquid loss); the composition may be represented by an additive into drinking water and a carrier for micronutrients or functional ingredients; additionally the invention relates to methods for therapy of animals in need of hydration. The effervescent composition for animal water consumption stimulation for addition into drinking water for animal includes an effervescent agent (including a combination of an acid and a basic carbonate) and a palatant represented by a hydrolysed protein palatant.
EFFECT: proposed invention usage allows to compensate for liquid loss in the animal organism by way of stimulation of consumption of a greater quantity of drinking water.
