FIELD: building materials and construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of glass silicate based on industrial waste used in the industry of building materials and construction. The claimed method for producing glass-silica based on industrial waste includes screening, mixing the components of the lower layer, mixing the components of the upper layer, laying in molds, sintering, annealing, cutting and quality control. At the same time, the mixing of the components of the lower layer, consisting of waste from the enrichment of ferruginous quartzites of the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly (KMA), colemanite and soluble sodium silicate, is carried out at a mass ratio of 3:1:1, respectively. The mixing of the components of the upper layer, consisting of granules of colored container glass with soluble sodium silicate, is carried out at a mass ratio of 8:1. Laying the top layer of the mixture into molds is carried out on the pre-laid bottom layer in the amount of 1/10 of the volume of the bottom layer. Sintering is carried out at a temperature of 690°C.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing energy consumption, lowering the temperature of heat treatment (sintering) and improving the quality of the final product.
