FIELD: production of glass silicate based on man-made industrial waste used in construction
SUBSTANCE: method for producing glass silica is claimed, including screening, mixing, laying in the forms of the lower layer, laying in the forms of the upper layer, sintering, annealing, cutting and quality control. A mixture of KMA ferruginous quartzite enrichment waste, vanadium production waste, colemanite and soluble sodium silicate at a mass ratio of 3:2:1:1, respectively, is used as the glass-containing material of the lower layer. As a glass-containing material of the upper layer, a mixture of coloured container glass granules and soluble sodium silicate at a ratio of (9-11):1 is used.
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption due to the sintering of the average mixture of initial components at a lower temperature and an increase in the quality of the final product.
