SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the industry of building materials - to the production of cellular concrete, in particular foam concrete, used for the manufacture of small wall blocks of industrial premises, multi-storey and individual residential buildings. The method for producing a nanomodified additive for foam concrete includes obtaining a catalyst solution by dissolving ammonium molybdate 4-aqueous (NH4)6Mo7O24⋅4H2O at a temperature of 30°C using an MSH-20D-Set magnetic stirrer at a speed of 1000 rpm until complete dissolution, adding to a solution of aluminum nitrate 9-aqueous Аl(NO3)3⋅9H2O, magnesium nitrate 6-aqueous Mg(NO3)2⋅6H2O, cobalt nitrate 6-aqueous Co(NO3)2⋅6H2O and citric acid at a solution temperature of 60°C and frequency stirrer rotation 500 rpm, pre-treated in a muffle furnace at 200°C, quartz sand is added to the resulting catalyst solution and stirred at a stirrer speed of 500 rpm for 30 min, then the impregnated sand is calcined at a temperature of 600°C for 60 min in air until a xerogel consisting of oxides of molybdenum, cobalt, magnesium and aluminum is formed on the surface of sand particles, and for synthesis on the surface of sand particles of multilayer carbon nanotubes - MWCNT, sand is placed in a batch reactor: synthesis time - 60 min, gas mixture - propane-butane, process temperature - 650°C, with the following content of the raw material used to obtain the catalyst, wt.%: cobalt nitrate 6-water Co(NO3)2⋅6H2O 22.2, magnesium nitrate 6-aqueous Mg(NO3)2⋅6H2O 23.2, aluminum nitrate 9-aqueous Аl(NO3)3⋅9H2O 10.5, ammonium molybdate 4-aqueous (NH4)6Mo7O24⋅4H2O 1.3, citric acid monohydrate 42.8. The foam concrete mixture includes, wt.%: Portland cement 41.2, nanomodified additive obtained by the above method, 0.42, aggregate - quartz sand 41.6, foaming agent 0.1, water 16.68.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of foam concrete in compression and bending, reducing its water absorption.
