SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Switchable drive device (100) is intended for a lifting valve of an internal combustion engine, preferably for a gas-distributing valve capable of periodically indirectly moving under action of cam (11) of distributing shaft (12) between an open position and a closed position. Switchable drive device (100) includes valve lever (10) and connecting device (4). Valve lever (10) is intended for actuation of the lifting valve, and it consists of two parts. Valve lever (10) contains first part (1a) and second part (1b). First part (1a) is installed with the possibility of rotation around axis (2) of the valve lever. On first part (1a), concentrically to axis (2) of the valve lever, a support bushing is installed. Second part (1b) is installed with the possibility of rotation on the support bushing. First part (1a) has the first recess. Second part (1b) has the second recess. Connecting device (4) is intended for detachable connection without the possibility of rotation of first and second parts (1a), (1b) of the valve lever. Connecting device (4) contains a stopper element, which selectively engages and disengages with the first and the second recesses. Actuation of the lifting valve is stopped, if the stopper element is not engaged with the first or the second recess. An internal combustion engine including a lifting valve with a switching drive device and a vehicle including an engine are disclosed.

EFFECT: reduction in a number of loaded structural elements of a drive device.
