SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in motor brake mechanism for internal combustion engine. Motor brake mechanism (1) is meant for internal combustion engine with at least one outlet valve (2) per each cylinder actuated by a camshaft. Motor brake mechanism (1) act on outlet valve (2) through brake cam (4) of brake cam shaft (3) and valve lever (8) designed as a beam. Between cam (4) and valve lever (8) there located is piston (7) moved in leading cylinder (6). Cam (4) acts on valve lever (8) through piston (7) located in leading cylinder (6).
EFFECT: reducing wear of brake mechanism.
