FIELD: polymer compositions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions based on a mixture of polycarbonate (PC) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVAC) and can be used for the manufacture of polymer products: sheets, films, and adhesive materials. The method for producing a polymer composition from polycarbonate and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer consists of the following steps: pre-dissolving the polycarbonate and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in an organic solvent in the first container; heating and feeding the solution of polycarbonate and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer into the reactor through a nozzle using a pump with a power of 1500 W; at the same time, supercritical carbon dioxide is fed into the reactor, heated to 150°C, through a nozzle using a pump with a power of 1500 W; the resulting particles are deposited on a metal substrate. The volume of the reactor is from 2 to 10 liters.
EFFECT: obtaining a composition with the best physico-chemical properties in comparison with the prototype.
