A universal bracket is claimed, made of sheet material and consisting of a case or spars made with the possibility of connection to equipment, a limiting stopper, and interconnected U-shaped parts made with the possibility of screwing in bolts and fixing an object, having a step cutout with gear engagement, and fixed to the case or spars with bars or by welding.

EFFECT: increase in the strength of a device, simplification of mounting and dismounting, expansion of functional characteristics in the form of a possibility of using the device on a tubular console (a headrest) with a diameter of 30-60 mm, increase in a number of touch points of a bracket with the tubular console (the header), increase in an engagement coefficient.
