FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: individual resection unit for making bonesaw-lines of the femur during knee joint endoprosthesis replacement is a plastic frame printed on 3D printer, while an inner surface of the plastic frame is a copy of an outer surface of the bone. In the plastic frame, there are: a linear cut for a saw blade guider for making a distal bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur, a linear cut for a saw blade guider for making a rear bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur, a linear cut for a saw blade guider for making a front bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur, a linear cut for a saw blade guider for making the first oblique bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur, a linear cur for a saw blade guider for making the second oblique bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur. The mentioned guiders have cylinders, and through holes for the mentioned cylinders are made in the plastic frame. In the plastic frame, there are through holes for metal bushings for pins fixing the plastic frame to the bone. In the plastic frame, there are through holes for pins from each side of each mentioned linear cuts. Through holes for pins are also made in the mentioned guiders from each side. Location of linear cuts and through holes made in the plastic frame corresponds to the obtained result of 3D modeling, based on data of tomography of the deformed lower limb.
EFFECT: invention provides making a full bonesaw-line of condyles of the femur, as well as increasing the accuracy of making bonesaw-lines of the femur and stability of fixation of an individual resection unit to the bone in complex deformations, as well as reduction in the risk of traumatization of surgery.
